In my prior work as a Scrum Master, I oversaw a sprint tasked with delivering new features on time. Unfortunately, because I failed to plan appropriately for scope growth, the project was delayed. As a result, I had to schedule a sprint to complete the current task before the deadline to accommodate the additional scope. However, until the end of the second sprint, the features were as per the requirement.

57. What enterprise tools and resources do you abide by?

Strongly showcase your knowledge of existing technology resources. 

 I enjoy visiting online forums to learn about various development methodologies and communities. When I'm looking for knowledge to help me become a better corporate programmer, these come in handy. To help with day-to-day operations, I also appreciate project management and communication tools.

58. What certifications do you currently hold?

When interviewers ask for a list of current credentials, they're looking for evidence of your willingness to develop new skills and corroborate your knowledge.

When I started as a business analyst at YTG corporation, I got a chance to work on a multidimensional project which required extensive knowledge. I did an online certification course that imparted real-time knowledge, enabling me to scale up the project.

59. What strengths do you think are most important in a developer?

The recruiter is looking for a balanced answer, a candidate who talks about professional certification and soft skills.

 According to my experience, a developer should meet deadlines and have an excellent work ethic. It will enable the organization to maximize client satisfaction rates and stand for quality deliverance. 

60. What kind of tech projects do you work on in your spare time?

Show the hiring manager your passion for technology and how you imply it even in your spare time.

I am working on a health app with advanced features to ensure utility among audiences of every age group and irrespective of location. I have done quite a lot of market research before creating the framework for my work.
