Step 1- Identify your key stakeholders involved in the project, these could be internal or external, etc.

Step 2- Assess how those key stakeholders could be impacted or influence the organization’s power dynamics involved. This is very critical for smooth sailing of projects.

Step 3- Prioritize your Stakeholders based on their criticality to the project involved through different life cycles

Step 4- Identify areas of conflicts between organization vs. stakeholder and stakeholder vs. stakeholder)
