Each nation of the world has a central bank. For example, In India, the Reserve Bank of India. Central Banks are the financiers of the other banks. They give specialized capacities i.e. issue of paper money, working as financiers of government, supervising and controlling remote trade. A central bank may be a non-profit making institution. It does not bargain with the open but it bargains with other banks. The central obligation of Central Bank is exhaustive control on cash of a nation.
