This process is used to find a match between two languages based on their sounding and pronunciation characteristics and a suitable entity is selected. Several revised techniques had been proposed in order to filter such mechanisms for better efficiency. One such case is NERA developed in 2009 which can filter the entities by rejecting incorrect named entities. The below flowchart represents how Rule Based Named Entity Recognizers work
