How to evaluate POS tagging?
POS tagging can be evaluated based on the following condition.
a) There is a need of implementation of realignment procedure if word segmentation used by the tagger is not the same as the one used in reference data.
b) There can be a need of applying specific mapping procedures if tagset used by the tagger is not the same as the one used in annotation of reference data.
