What are the features of pre-trained embeddings?

I was assigned a project of natural language project (NLP) and I was encountered with a scenario where I would choose pre-trained embeddings related to words such as Word2Vec, and GloVe over training embedding. What should be the considerations during choosing pre-trained embedding over others in the context of my project work?

In the context of your natural language project by using embedded machine learning, the features of Word2Vec, and GloVe can be beneficial in the circumstances where the training data of labeled is limited. Imagine a situation where there is a small data set for the natural learning project (NLP) task like sentiment analysis. In this particular scenario if you utilize pre-trained embedding then it will provide you assistance in many ways as they are trained on massive corpora, capturing broad linguistic nuances which can further lead you to capitalize on the semantic knowledge embedded in these vectors. This technique will further enhance the understanding of the model’s language even if there is limited task-specific data.

Therefore, pre-trained embedding proves to be beneficial when the training data is so scarce as it can help you in improving the performance of the model in a task like a Natural language project.
