Accessing the web-interface

Once the installation is done, Nagios web-interface can be accessed by hitting http:///nagios.

Further it can be accessed via username - nagiosadmin and password configured at the time of installation.

Once the login is successful, you can see the web interface and default dashboard below.

The left pane consists of various options, like documentation, Overview of entire services, host groups etc. and also contains a ‘configuration’ tab for adding config. , the right part mainly shows the dashboard with host, host groups, services etc. configured and their alarm status.
