There is a hypothetical scenario where I am in a company meeting where the decisions are being made about a particular new project. I have experience in project management and my opinion carries weight. Suddenly I have been asked a particular question that deals with exploring my approach to leadership and communication in project management. How can I Explain my answer to them easily?

In the context of DevOps, you can explain in the following way:

“ In my experience at the helm of project launches, ensuring the communication between the teams during the time of planning phase includes leveraging agile methodologies and also tools such as Jira or Asana. We can establish clear user Stories and tasks, also can conduct daily stand-ups by using tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams to get real-time updates and maintain a centralized repository by using the git for version controlling. This approach would facilitate transparency and also ensures that all the team members are in a good frame of mind and also aligned with the goal of the particular project and timelines.”
