We can establish clear user Stories and tasks, also can conduct daily stand-ups by using tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams to get real-time updates and maintain a centralized repository by using the git for version controlling. This approach would facilitate transparency and also ensures that all the team members are in a good frame of mind and also aligned with the goal of the particular project and timelines.”
