I had a very bad mouse delay in Minecraft last month. I did not alter any settings, nor installed programs. The issue exists while hovering around. While navigating to the inventory and shifting the cursor, there is no mouse delay. The problem is specific to Minecraft. I tested other mice but the problem exists. I also updated my system, and altered settings, but to no solution.

You might have turned the Cinematic camera on, in case you are experiencing this issue. Check the Controls settings the key that toggles the camera. However, you may assign an unused key if it is not presently assigned. After that, get back to the game and press the key to get rid of the issue.
