Feasibility phase considers the fact if a project could be developed based
on technical, operational and economic structure. This should always come after  requirement phase as its only after requirements freezes, we can take a call if  The project is now feasible technically and economically. Feasibility phase is  also the stage at which the project could be terminated if its not feasible  technically, operationally or economically.
