For this you can create a set of 5-5 members each or even you can achieve this with the help of a calculated field.

Let’s say you have to create group 5 members from a subcategory field. So, I can quickly create a set on the field and will select the members of the sub-category needed to be part of the set.

And here select the members of the set-
