Will there be any issue if I have converted a dimension to measure unintentionally
Although you won't get any error if you're converting a dimension to measure or vice versa. But be sure to understand your data while doing the conversion.
If this conversion has been done by mistake, then you can always change it back just by right-clicking on it and select the required option- Dimension/Measure
