What is SSRS SharePoint add-in installation?

SSRS comes up with the Report Server and Report Manager. However, in lots of organizations, Microsoft SharePoint is a common platform to manage all the documents, forms and reports.

If we specifically use the SSRS with its own report server and report manager then sometimes it’s an extra overhead to manage these environments.

With SharePoint, we can instead of deploying the reports on SSRS server, directly deploy them to share point. This will be easier for users and they don’t have to go to different URLs or site to check and fetch the data from reports.

However, look and feel for the reports changed a bit, if we use SharePoint.
